DIMITRA PAPADOPOULOU
Founder and Managing Partner
Dimitra Papadopoulou was born in Limassol, Cyprus and is the founder and managing partner of LSFC Legal Skills Fiduciary and Corporate Services Limited.
Dimitra obtained her Degree in Law (LL.B) with Honors from the University of Warwick and has a Master Degree in Maritime Law (LL.M) from the University of Nottingham. She is admitted to the Cyprus Bar since 2009.
Areas of Practice: Dimitra’s main areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Maritime Law, Admiralty and Shipping, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property Law and Trademarks, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insolvency Law, Trusts and Estate Planning.
She specializes on corporate and commercial law matters, corporate restructurings, merger and acquisition work, joint ventures, investment management transactions, set up and administration of investment funds, company dissolutions and winding up and private equity transactions.
Dimitra has considerable experience on the creation and administration of Cyprus international trusts, local and cross-border mergers, transfers of registered seat of local and foreign entities to and from Cyprus, acquisition of licenses to operate as payment institutions and e-money institutions from Cyprus regulatory authorities, set up and licensing of specialized companies, vessel registrations, advising and mediating on matters concerning restructuring of facilities and bank loans.

ALEXANDRA PAPADIMITRIOU
Senior Corporate Administrator
Alexandra Papadimitriou was born in Limassol, Cyprus and is a senior corporate administrator in LSFC Legal Skills Fiduciary and Corporate Services Limited.
Areas of Practice: Alexandra has considerable experience and knowledge in the corporate administration of Cyprus Companies for more than 26 years. She specializes in the daily management and administration of companies and deals with all aspects of such entities from the time of incorporation up until their dissolution. She deals with the KYC requirements of the Companies and reports directly to the KYC compliance officer. Alexandra also assists by providing administrative and corporate support to the management and legal personnel of the associate law firm D. Papadopoulou & Associates LLC.

IRENE LOUTSIOU
Office Manager and Corporate Administrator
Irene Loutsiou was born in Limassol, Cyprus, she is one of the corporate administrators of LSCF Legal Skills Fiduciary and Corporate Services Limited and the office manager of firm’s main office in Limassol.
Irene has more than 25 years of experience in office management and corporate administration, she specializes in the corporate banking administration and provides support in all banking matters in both Cyprus banking institutions as well as overseas. She deals with the daily management of corporate entities, works on KYC compliance requirements and provides secretarial support to the management.

ANDRI KYPRIANOU
Office Manager (LSFC Legal Skills – Larnaca office)
Andri Kyprianou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus and is the office manager of LSFC Legal Skills Fiduciary and Corporate Services Limited office in Larnaca.
Areas of Practice: Andri’s main areas of practice are business administration and office management. She has 10 years experience in administration and secretarial services. Andri is the Office manager of our Larnaca office, in charge of the daily management, secretarial support and administrative assistance on the premises.

MARKELLA-GEORGIA KOTROZOU
Trainee
Markella Georgia Kotrozou was born in Athens, Greece and is currently a trainee lawyer at the associate Law Firm of D. PAPADOPOULOU & ASSOCIATES LLC.
Markella obtained her Degree in Law (LLB) with Honors from the University of Essex and has a Master Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law (LLM) from Queen Mary University London.
Areas of Practice: Markella has started her training as a lawyer assisting our firm in corporate and administrative matters providing legal support on daily management and administration of corporate entities.
